At yalladeliver.store, your satisfaction is our priority. We comply with the UAE Consumer Protection Law and strive to ensure fair, transparent, and hassle-free refund and return processes.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

  • It was delivered damaged or defective
  • It is not as described or ordered
  • It is expired (in case of perishable goods)
  • You changed your mind within 7 days of receiving the item (provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Items with broken or removed seals
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food or flowers), unless expired or damaged
  • Personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made to your bank account or store wallet, depending on your preference

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Include: Order number, product name, reason for return, and photo evidence if applicable

5. Pickup & Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will arrange free pickup
  • For voluntary returns (change of mind), return shipping costs may apply

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, you can:

  • Request an exchange within 7 days
  • The replacement will be subject to stock availability
  • In case the replacement is not available, we will process a full refund

7. Disputes

In case of unresolved disputes, you may escalate the matter to the UAE Ministry of Economy – Consumer Protection Department.

This policy is in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and relevant executive regulations. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the UAE remain protected
