- Customized or personalized products
3. Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made to your bank account or store wallet, depending on your preference

- The replacement will be subject to stock availability
- In case the replacement is not available, we will process a full refund

In case of unresolved disputes, you may escalate the matter to the UAE Ministry of Economy – Consumer Protection Department.
